Q: What is the payment methods supported for group buying?

A: At present, this website supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, credit card payment and PayPal payment. At the same time, you can recharge your GroupGo Canada’s account to facilitate the next purchase.

Q: Can I still buy more of the same product/service after the group buying is completed?

A: After the group buying is completed, you can continue to buy more quantity until the deadline of group buying. But please note that individual group buying items are limited in quantity so they are only available before they are sold out.

Q: What if the coupon/voucher expires?

A: If the group buying product’s description says it supports refund, and the group buying coupon/voucher you purchased has expired and you have not used it yet, then we will return the amount you have paid to your GroupGo Canada’s account immediately, and you will have no loss. You can directly show the voucher number to the designated merchant/store for consumption. Note: There is expiration date for consumption of some commodities. Q: I haven't received a text message after the purchase was successful!

A: It happens sometimes. Click on the "Member Center" at the top right of corner of the homepage to login and find the goods you have purchased in "My Coupons". You can write down the voucher number and go to the merchants/stores to redeem them.

Q: I regret my purchase. Can I get a refund?

A: Regarding whether and when purchase can be refunded, please read the product’s descriptions carefully when you buy them. If there is refund feature for any product, you can login to the "Member Center" to apply for a refund for the product you have purchased. The refund amount will be added to your GroupGo account balance for your future purchase.

Q: What if the merchant providing the discount goods I bought went bankrupt?

A: GroupGo Canada’s vendors are carefully selected. If this happens and results in your failure to successfully use the vouchers, we guarantee a full refund of your payment.
