1. Delivery of product to your pick-up point happens every Saturday and Sunday for orders paid before Wednesday 11:59 pm.
2. Customers to pick up products at pick-up point or negotiate delivery cost with pick-up point.
3. Please set up your Pick-up location and Delivery Address in Member Centre - Account Settings (web version).
4. Price shown not including HST.
5. When picking up or receiving the products, please check quantity, approximate weight, exterior condition and quality and packing information and package intactness. After picking up or receiving the products, if any product issues are found, please contact customer service or pick-up point in a timely manner. We will then process your request of return/exchange per the return policy.
